Coinnote · AI receipt ledger
Snap it or say it. It's logged.
Coinnote reads receipts, listens to what you say and scans card screenshots, then fills in the store, amount and category for you to check before saving. Your ledger stays on your phone, with no account. Free to download, with your first 10 AI uses free; after that, pay once. No subscription.
What it does
Scan receipts
Take a photo with the iPhone document camera, or pick one from your library, and the store, date, total, payment method and line items are read in one go. US and Mexican receipts, Taiwanese e-invoices, and Japanese and Korean receipts all work. Split a grocery receipt across categories.
Say it
“Breakfast 6.50, subway 2.90, lunch 14 on card” becomes three entries you check before saving. You can type instead, or tell Siri to log an expense with Coinnote.
Import card screenshots
Up to 3 screenshots of a card or bank app's transaction list, or pasted card alerts, bring in many entries at once. Payments and refunds are skipped, and same-day, same-amount matches are flagged as possible duplicates.
This month and stats
Total spent, budget left, a category donut and your 10 latest entries. Month and year views with top categories and a daily bar chart. The monthly summary describes how your spending changed in a few sentences.
The AI only fills it in
Every entry is shown for review, and nothing is logged until you tap Save. If a receipt is hard to read, Coinnote asks you to retake it instead of guessing the amount.
Your own ledger
Face ID lock, CSV export, 12 categories you can rename, and six currencies (USD, MXN, EUR, TWD, JPY, KRW). Adding expenses by hand, the budget and stats are always free.
Your data stays on your phone
No account, no ads, no tracking. What you save in the app is stored only on your phone. Only when you tap an AI feature is that content sent through our server to Anthropic's Claude for processing, and our server doesn't keep it.
